Return & Refund, Cancellation Policy
Every product of ours is hand-made and hand crafted by artisans. Unlike the machine-made products, no two products are inch by inch the same, after all the beauty of handcrafted products lies in its imperfections.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.
Each refund/exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for a quick response.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will be able to provide a replacement for the same. However, if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client, then we will only be able to issue Store Credit for the same value (6-month Validity) which is redeemable on our website for any future order.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery shall not be eligible for return or replacement.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t packed it for you. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the entire amount paid for the order. Although, we must add that cancellations are not a very happy thing for us.
Please note it will not be possible for you to cancel a part of your order. We suggest you cancel the entire order and place another order for your desired products.
There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order. Even though our inventory is auto updated in case of a discrepancy we reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a shortfall in quantity. We shall update you with respect to the same on your mentioned email id/telephone no.
Refunds will be made within 7-8 business days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
